Past record of performance on project of similar type and complexity. (10 points)

The Department reserves the option to modify the selected consultant’s agreement to include any necessary services for this project. The firm(s) will ask that time be prequalified by the Department in the required area(s).

The selected consultant will provide engineering services for preliminary and final roadway design including any surveying, drainage design, traffic control, erosion control. Advanced Situation Folders, structure plans, right-of-way plans, and construction plans with construction cost estimates.
