Hart, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson,
Taylor, and Washington. It maintains
the second largest number of miles
in the Commonwealth: 49.352 miles
of Interstate, 93.170 miles of Parkways,
282.543 miles of State Primary, 930.525
miles of State Secondary, 1382.912
miles of Rural Secondary, and 164.431
miles of Supplemental Roads for a
total of 2,902.933 miles.
Elizabethtown hosts the Heartland Festival
each year in August. Included in the events
are a concert in the park, parade, antique
car show, 5K run, balloon race, and fireworks.
